Help us save lives

Becoming a foster parent for the Sevier County Animal Shelter is one of the best ways to help. When you welcome a cat, dog, or animal into your home, you’re giving them the space, comfort, and attention they need while waiting for their furever family.

Foster parents play a vital role in supporting our shelter and the loveable animals inside. We love our fosters and would love to welcome you into the foster family.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers make our work possible. Whether it’s walking dogs, socializing cats, assisting at events, washing bedding, or feeding the animals, we couldn’t do it without our volunteers.

We are always looking for volunteers to help us at the shelter, at events, or even with special programs like Doggy Day Out, a one-day fostering and enrichment experience for dogs who benefit from time outside the shelter.
